It does what it says it does. Only thing Id add is sharing with friends or tracking against friends. Could be fun to compete.

Its helping me increase my number of push-ups and keeping track of them. The app is a little basic and could use a little bit more functionality, like setting your own preferred rest time.
Been using this to supplement CrossFit and it really keeps me on track!

Easy to follow, great reminder to work out as you look at the app, quick, feel stronger already after two weeks, up to 63 push-ups. This is a great app!
I throw my sit ups in the middle of my push-ups to save time, still HIIT style, gets my cardio up nicely early in the a.m
I have been trying to motivate myself to do push-ups for a long time and couldnt do it. This app has changed that - Im on week 3 and Im doing more push-ups than I ever thought I could. I rate the app 4 stars because the interface is a little confusing - you have to poke around a bit to see what youre supposed to do, but its easy enough to figure out if you take a few minutes. I recommend this app!

This app is really great if your looking to push yourself. Its workouts are intense but very possible. Really lets you bring the most out of yourself.
Ive use this app many times to get ready for my Army Physical Fitness Test. This happens always produce good results when you stick to it and use it. I usually end up recommending it to fellow soldiers that are getting ready for the APFT.
I am now doing about 60-70 pushups per day. I do them three days a week... giving my body rest and I am seeing results. I use this app for an alarm to work out Monday, wed, Friday. Great app to get you into shape or back into a push-up routine.
