A very good app in many respects, but as a person who really loves his workout jams, the fact that it repeatedly stops your music turned me off this app entirely. If this doesnt bother you its an otherwise good app.

I could only do sets of 20 now Im able to do sets of 100 with ease
I have enjoyed using the app thus far and it has helped me to increase my push ups. The only thing I would add to the app is a calendar so that you can see your workouts and when to do them. At this time each day you are to complete push ups its labeled day 1 week 1, day 2 week 1, etc. but I think it would make more sense for some users if you provide a calendar so I know upfront my workout plan. I know in advance I work out on these three days each week or I know before I begin to use the app for the first time that I am only doing the push ups three days out of the week as opposed to figuring it out through use and finding out Im using the app incorrectly.
I started off on week 4 and am starting week 5. Obviously I cant speak effectively about the results yet but the app itself performs exactly as needed. If you make a mistake out can easily start the data over. For the APFT this is a good tool if your weak in push-ups.

Interface is simple and easy to understand.
If youre working on improving your upper body strength, this is as simple as it gets.

Its simple but it helps me keep a regular schedule and good progression.

I dont need to write a review of the concept of a 100 pushups program, but if youre skeptical, its pushed me way beyond what I thought I could do, and its made a huge difference. The app itself is simple and functional. Not the most beautiful or glamorous, it may not have all the social sharing and everything others have. But it tells you how many to do and how long to rest, gives you reminders on your days to do it, and shows a chart of your progress. Everything you need to just do it.
This is a good app. Very easy to use, which makes it easy to follow And stick with it.
My son started this program and has been doing it for 3 weeks. Made excellent gains so he got me to do it. Love it, helps motivate me and you can see real results.
The name of the app is absurdly misleading. 100 push-ups in 6 weeks? I can show you how to bench press 1000lbs in just a few months. Simply add 25 lbs a day and youll be there eventually. The crux of the app? Do 3 more push-ups today than you did yesterday. Thats it. And no, it will not work for anyone who can only do 20-30 push-ups to start AND it trains you over 5 reps so it more accurately should be called 20x5 push-ups.
