Best App ever!!

Great and easy to work with! I like it a lot and recommended to everybody!! Dont think about it just do it get this app.

So easy to use

The program started on a website. Finally this app makes it easy to keep records and stay on track on the way 100.

Good app - simple and easy.

Basic. Lets you do a test at the start and then creates a regimen (surprisingly some paid apps dont have that basic feature.) App looks kind of cheap and doesnt offer much innovation or utility beyond a push up counter but it gets the job done. 4 stars

Helps progress

Straightforward, simple but effective app. Already improved by reps. Basically just do the amount of push ups prompted and take the breaks as prompted.

Not bad!

I like this program, although Im still new to it. I wonder if variation would help make it more interesting. For example, alternating wide, shoulder, and narrow pushups, eventually putting feet on a chair, etc. Someone else mentioned a calendar-mode for easy viewing; sounds like a great idea!

Great Push Up app

Gets the Job Done

Great app. If you want to increase your pushup count, and schedule workouts on a weekly basis, this is your app. The 3 days a week schedule is great easy, and convenient, and only takes about 5-10 minutes. Only additions I would like is a calender of workouts (past and future), and for the app to vibrate your phone when the rest interval is over (like a phone call)

Excellent simple app that helps you to get results! I am finishing my second week and making 95 pushups.

Great training to improve yourself

Gradual growth in ability with marked intervals. A great app, reminds you to do your workout at intervals YOU set. I do the push up set then instead of resting match the reps in full sit-ups, feet pinned under something. A great workout app, a great reminder and accountability app. Also couple with 50 pull-ups program online, watch yourself TRANSFORM. GOD Bless You all and your endeavors.

Great little app to help keep track of progress and calculating appropriate reps.

Good app for starting out

This is a good app for if you are starting out and trying to build a foundation. Very low stress and works off of what you can do. Could use a calendar function so that you could plan ahead.

Perfect app for getting your numbers up!

Easy to follow app

This app is great! Easy to follow and surprisingly it really pushes your daily workout! I would love to see a better daily calendar, but all in all I went from only being able to do 15 push-ups at once to doing over 50 in one sitting with in just a few days!

Day 1 Im fired up

Ive used a similar program before. My chest got big and defined. I overdid it and did not follow the training program I was doing totals of 300-500 push ups a day. And I injured my shoulder. Now Im going to follow this, 4 yard later and see what happens.
