i use the app to supplement my work out routine. it seems like it is working very well.
My wife and I are running the same app but her routines are usually 1 less per rep than mine. Not sure why. Id really like to see HealthKit support to log the workouts in the Health App. Pretty standard in many other workout apps.
Though I wish it integrated with the health app to count calories , etc
Really good app. Easy to notice a difference after a couple of weeks.

This app is great. I just did the exercises on Monday Wednesday and Friday. I am a male in my early 40s in fair shape. First day was challenging enough since I havent done push-ups since high school. My last day I did 212! Results!
Used to work great, but lately it kills my podcast app while Im working out
I had used a similar app previously, and wanted something similar for getting back in shape. It is a simple app and so far so good. Two weeks in, four to go.
Generally like the app but I have not found it to adjust workouts downward when you struggle. I also think some of the progressions are a bit unrealistic. Week 5 day 1 has max of 23 then jump to 27 on day 2.

My only complaint is the ads, but I understand the necessity and they arent too intrusive

Keeps you on track with the alarms, and is very user friendly. Not convinced 100 pushups in 6 weeks is possible for your average person, but if you keep with it you will see gains. I wish it was a bit more directive for an aggressive program doing sets several times per day with rest days, but it seems to be designed for 1 quick session every other day.
Works great and pushes you to your limit of push ups!
