Semplice ed efficace app.
Includes a set of trainings to perform weekly, its good to remind you to do your daily exercises, without any particular features. Push-ups are separated by rest times and trainings get harder in a good progression.
Like this app a lot. I like the fact that it gradually increases the number of reps but shakes up when you do the most (beginning or middle). I also like the rest period and the way I can adjust for a shorter rest. Music keeps playing during the app which I like and the audible beeps 5 seconds before the next set is a good reminder that its time to work! Overall it does a great job, three weeks in Im at 77 push-ups, shootin for my hundred.
Push-ups and I do not get along. I really like this app. I feel as though I can easily increase my reps with no pressure. I can certainly commit to 3x a week, and I like the timer feature very much.
This app helps me feel like Im taking charge of my personal fitness. It doesnt push me too hard and its easy to use. Free version is a little primitive but it does just what I need.

Very simple and easy to use. It is designed to be easy to repeat a week if you need to. Which was definantly necessary for me. I just couldnt keep up. I have already more than doubled the number of reps I can do! Thanks Lomakin!
Simple and fun, on our way to 100!
Im a 49 year old 240 pounder, and Ive really enjoyed using this app because it provides a program structured for reaching the 100 rep goal. Im now on my second go round, as I was only able to max out at 82 reps. This forms the basis for my chest workout and can be done in a few minutes. Id like to know if its best done 3 days a week or if thats too frequent.
This app is great and challenges me. I would recommend it to anyone.

I love this app! I always sucked at push ups from my high school day to college and now at crossfit. I have been doing crossfit for 2 years and every time we have a workout with 20 or more push-ups I freaked out. Before I would do 1 or 2 rest then repeat and would take up a lot of time. Just completed my second week and I can already see improvement! I can do sets of 5 now and feel good! Also a nice diet and other workouts have really helped define a little bit of my arms. Cant wait to repeat this program with a higher rep count! And the chart is an awesome feature. I alway want to see it go up !
